Das Castello Benelli liegt in der ländlichen Umgebung von Bordonchio in der Provinz Rimini
und wurde im 19. Jahrhundert auf Wunsch von Graf Pietro Spina errichtet,
wobei die Fundamente einer alten mittelalterlichen Burg (aus etwa dem 11. Jahrhundert) genutzt wurden.
Nach einer sorgfältigen Restaurierung hat das Castello Benelli vor wenigen Jahren seinen Betrieb wieder aufgenommen.
Ein zauberhafter Ort, nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt.
